Each young person on admission undergoes a 12 week initial assessment period. During which time an Individual Care and Education Plan will be devised; this initial ICEP will be reviewed at the end of the 12 week initial assessment period. Following this assessment, targets will be identified pertaining to individual needs. The ICEP is a continuously evolving document which is reviewed and evaluated on a monthly basis.
